Delivery available only on Fridays once the order has been confirmed: Rio Negro, Llano Grande, Marinilla, La Ceja, Guarne, Santa Elena.

Within 24 hours once the order has been confirmed: 

For the rest of Colombia, except Medellín, Bogotá D.C., Cundinamarca, the Archipelago of San Andrés, Providencia, and Santa Catalina:
1 to 5 business days once the order has been confirmed and according to the availability of the external transport and courier company. For these departments, only dry cargo deliveries are available, excluding any frozen products such as: Delilonjas, Cubipremios, and gelatins.

Rates, fees, and freight will be automatically calculated by the system based on the location and delivery address provided, in addition to the user's preferences and selections at the time of purchase. For each location, a base rate is stipulated for up to 12 kilograms; each additional kilogram will incur an increase of $1,000 COP. order shipping policy.
